摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of stent placement for the advanced esophageal cancer under endoscopic ultrafine.
Methods Thirty-two patients with advanced esophageal cancer combined with dysphagia underwent metal stent placement under endoscopic ultrafine. The compliance,successful rate,complication and relief of dysphagia were observed. Results Stent placement was successful in all patients at the first time,and positioning was accurate. And dysphagia was relieved without any serious complications.
Conclusion The metal stent placement under endoscopic ultrafine was safe and effective for advanced espohageal cancer with good compliance.关键词
