摘要

Abstract

With the arrival of the knowledge economy and the information age, the development of the petroleum enterprises should not only depend on resources, capital, the investment of the technology and labors, but also affected by the soft power of the enterprise. Whether the soft power of the petroleum enterprise is weak or strong will concern the sustainable development of the enterprises directly. This paper analyses the influence factors of the soft power of the petroleum enterprise on the basis of the new features and practical of the petroleum enterprise development, and puts forward strategies to promote the soft power of the petroleum enterprise from the following aspects: building extraordinary petroleum enterprise cultural strength, sustainably accelerating enterprise technology innovation, management innovation ability of the petroleum enterprises, the practice of the social responsibility of the petroleum enterprises, strengthening enterprise resource integration, and shaping petroleum enterprise image in an all-round way.
