胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素及相关因子在原因不明复发性流产中的表达
Expression of Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin and Correlated Factors in Unexplained Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP) and unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion(URSA) . Methods:The mouse models of spontaneous abortion (CBA/Jx DBA/2) and normal pregnancy(CBA/J xBalb/c)were established. The expression of TSLP in chorion and decidual tissues was screened by RT-PCR .Western Blot. ELISA was applied to detect expression of cytokines TSLP .cytokines IL-4 and IFN-y from peripheral blood. The expression of FoxP3 was detected by FACs. Results: Real-time PCR analysis indicated that the expression of TSLP in chorion spontaneous abortion model group was lower than normal pregnancy model group (P<0.05). Western Blot analysis indicated that the expression of TSLP in chorion and decidua spontaneous abortion model group was lower than normal pregnancy model group (P<0. 05). The expression of TSLP and IL-4 in spontaneous abortion model group was lower than in normal pregnancy model group( P<0.05), but the expression of IFN-y was no significant change than in normal pregnancy model group (P>0.05) ;The expression of CD4 +CD25 +Treg and FoxP3 in spontaneous abortion model group was significant lower than in normal pregnancy model group (P <0. 05). Conclusions:The obvious decrease of TSLP might be an important factor for the disturbance of fatal-maternal immune-tolerance.关键词
