已婚女性宫颈上皮细胞中人乳头瘤病毒基因分型2000例分析
Analysis of 2000 Cases of Human Papillomavirus Genotyping in Cervical Epithelium

Abstract
Objective:To explore the distribution of 23 genotypes of human papillomavirus (HPV) in 2000 married women of Nanjing City. Methods :23 types of HPV genetype in cervical epithelium from 2000 cases of married women in Yangzi Petrochemical Group Company of Nanjing Ctiy were tested by PCR and gene-chips technique and the results were analyzed. Results:205 positive results were found in 2000 cervical cell samples, the total HPV infection rate was 10. 25% (205/2000) .the HPV infection rate of a single type was 8. 80% (176/2000). The predominant type from single infection with HPV was type 43 ( 1. 65%, 33/2000), secondly type 58 ( 1.10%, 22/2000). The infection rate of mixed HPV type was 1.45% (29/ 2000) ,the predominant types from mixed infection were HPV 16 +X or HPV 16 +X + X (34.48% ,10/29), secondly HPV43 + X or HPV 43 +X + X(31. 03%,9/29). Conclusions: HPV 43.58,HPV 16 +X or HPV 16 + X + X, HPV 43 + X or HPV 43 + X + X are the main genotypes of 2000 married women in Nanjing district. Gene chip technology had high sensitivity and specificity in detecting multiple HPV genotypes in cervical epithelium, which is useful in the prevention and etiology study of cervical cancer.关键词
