摘要

Abstract

A new environmentally-friendly organosilicon drilling fluid with 220 X. temperature resistance was prepared by using organosilicon fluid loss additives. The rheological property, filtration property, salt and calcium tolerance, inhibition, suspension stability, biological toxicity and biodegradabiliry of the organosilicon drilling fluid were investigated. The morphology of organosilicon drilling fluid filter cakes was observed by means of SEM. The results showed that the three organosilicon drilling fluids with 1.16, 1.50, 1.90 g/cm3 density had excellent rheological property, filtration property and inhibition of the cutting hydration expansion of shale after being aged at 150-220 ℃, for 16 h, and the organosilicon drilling fluid filter cakes were compact and thin. The organosilicon drilling fluid has favorable salt and calcium tolerance and excellent suspension stability, its biological toxicity is up to discharging standard and it can be biodcgradcd easily after being aged at 220 ℃ for 16 h.
