小微企业信贷融资的法律问题研究
Research of Credit Financing Problems of Law in Micro-enterprises
摘要
Abstract
The credit financing problems of law in micro-enterprises are researched and analyzed.Based on this,some solutions of solving the credit financing problems are put forward： to construct a financing legal system of minor enterprises according to the credit financing in micro-enterprises,to establish a legal system of credit guarantee for micro-enterprises and credit financing banks and to enlarge the legal enforcement of credit financing laws and regulations in micro-enterprises.关键词
