Abstract
Through interpreting accurately the purpose and meaning of undergraduates＇ innovation experimental program, locate reasonably the ＂program＂, establish reasonable and efficient management agency and rules and regulations, strengthen process management, set up perfect encourage and guarantee mechanism, the ＂program＂ was carried out powerfully, orderly and effectively. Take implementing the ＂Program＂ as a good opportunity and grasp closely the essential demands, new innovative educational system and training mode were set up. Good results were obtained.关键词
