Abstract
Core facilities are important basic conditions in life science research. Combine with current situation of Sub-tropic Agriculture Bioesource Conservation and Utilization State Key Labraory （SABCU）, this paper analyzes the disadvantage which effects the opening and sharing of core facility. Then, we summarize the eight-years practical experience and clarify the measures and methods in biotechnology core facility sharing platform comstruction.关键词
