Clinic application of frozen-thawed non-top quality embryo for in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of transferring frozen-thawed non-top quality embryo. Methods: Three hundred and ninety-two frozen-thawed cycles were analyzed retrospectively. All of the embryos were divided into two groups by the quality of embryo, I. E. , top quality and non-top quality. The pregnancy rate-implantation rate and abortion rate were compared between two groups in women with different age. Results: In the women with less than 35 years of age, the pregnancy rate and implantation rate of top quality embryo were significantly higher than those non-top quality embryo. In the women aged 35 years or more than 35 years, there were no differences in pregnancy rate, implantation rate and abortion rate between the two groups. Conclusions: It is useful to transfer frozen-thawed non-top quality embryo for improving the outcome of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer.关键词
