Abstract
The Data-Hejiata Railway was a national railway of class I under the design standards of electrification and heavy rail, so the subgrade filler and the settlement after construction were strictly controlled. Most of the distribution along the railway line was Quaternary Holocene aeolian silty sand, and then the available A and B group of filling materials were scarce. To reduce the construction costs and improve the quality of subgrage filling, it was needed to make cement-improved to the silty sand. This paper summarizes the chemical and physical process of silty sand improved, and analyzes the laboratory test data that affect the improvement of silty sand, such as the modifier dosage, compaction degree, curing period after laboratory test. The conclusions reveal that the best cement content percentage in subgrade application of Data-Hejiata Railway is 5% , the recommended value of compaction degree is 0.93, the curing period should be reasonable selected based on actual bearing capacity of design requirements.关键词
