摘要

Abstract

This article introduces the construction process of deep pile with big diameter of Nachao River Bridge in neritic area. During construction, percussion drill and normal-circulation rotary drill were applied together to solve the geological problem which is hard in upper layers and is soft in below layers; temporary long steel casing was installed and clay soil was refilled after the drilling of percussion drill so as to solve the construction problem of collapse caused by instability of water bead at upper strata; sand filter and two parallel connected mud pumps were set up for hole cleaning, which decrease the sand percentage quickly, and increase the cleaning speed. In conclusion, these targeted measures are helpful to ensure construction quality and construction schedule of pile foundation, and the effects are good.
