摘要

Abstract

The influence of plateau and high altitude environment on electric equipment external-insulation is serious, while the design experience of electrified railway with the elevation more than 3000m is lack. In this paper, with the practical needs of a certain actual project, the optimizaLion design of electric equipment external-insulation in traction power supply system in high altitude area was carried out. And then, through the calculation of altitude correction factors, the gap of air insulation of internal and external power distribution equipment and the withstand voltage of high-voltage electric equipment of traction substation were determined. Also, the selection of characteristic exponent of insulator was discussed, and the scheme of distance adjustment of insulation leakage was given. Furthermore, several parameters were calculated, including the external-insulation leakage distance and the suspension insulator's amount, the external-insulation leakage distance of post insulator and electric equipment. The results of actual application in this line show that the operation of this kind of electric equipment of traction power supply system is reliable and safe, so the correctness and feasibility of the design scheme are proved.
