老年高血压昼夜节律异常与中医辨证关系之初探
Primary exploration on relationship between circadian rhythm abnormality in patients with EHPT and the TCM syndrome differentiation
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the relationship between circadian rhythm variation of blood pressure and TCM syndrome pattern in patients with old aged essential hypertension(EHPT). [Methods] The 67 patient!! With old aged essential hypertension were selected, their circadian rhythm variation of blood pressure and TCM syndromes were determined. [Results] l)The incidence of circadian rhythm abnormality of EHFT was high and most of the EHPT patients had a dipper blood pressure. 2)The most common syndrome was stagnation of blood stasis syndrome, the next was phlegm damp syndrome, the rest was deficiency syndrome of both Yin and Yang, asthenic Yin causing predominant Yang. [Conclusion] TCM syndrome pattern is related to circadian rhythm variation of blood pressure in old aged essential hypertension. The damage of target organ and the prognosis can be judged by differentiation of TCM syndrome.关键词
