丹参注射液穴位注射在2型糖尿病强化治疗中的作用
Clinical effect of point injection with Danshen injection in diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in intensive insulin therapy

Abstract
[Objective] To study the clinical effect of point injection with Danshen injection (Zu san li point and San yin jiao point) in newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diaheles mellitus on the basis of intensive insulin therapy. [Methods] Sixty newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were chosen and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The biochemical indicators, insulin and C-p levels were compared and the beta cell function, insulin resistance level and treatment economics were evaluated. [Results] The LDL-C, FBG, P2hPG, FFA, CRP levels in treatment group were lower than that in control group (P<0.05). The intravenous glucose tolerance test showed that the blood glucose in every time point was decreased in treatment group (f<0.05). The improvement of HOMA-IR (C-P) and HOMA-islet (C-P) were also more obvious than control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in necessary insulin amount, hospital expenses (daily and total) in two groups (P>0.05), but patients in treatment group paid shorter time to reach the standard goal than control group(P<0.05). (Conclusion] Even no short-term economic benefit acquired by point injecting Danshen injection on the basis of intensive insulin therapy, but it could actively correct glucolipid metabolism disorders, improve the insulin secretion in the first phase and the function of beta cell inlet and recover body sensitivity to insulin.关键词
