柴贝止痫汤单药及合并用药治疗难治性癫痫临床观察
Clinical observation of single using Chaibei Zhixian decoction and combined medication on intractable epilepsy

Abstract
[Objective] To study clinical curative effect and safety of single using Chaibei Zhixian decoction and combined medication on intractable epilepsy. [Methods] Using method of the open self control test, the 10 diagnosed cases of IE patients were treated with single using ChaiBei Zhixian decoction, and the 21 patients with were tested by combined medication with ChaiBei Zhixian decoction, after 12 weeks of treatment to evaluate, observation period from January 2011 to October 2011 in order to calculate effective rate, and carry on clinical observation and laboratory examination. [Results] Analysis according to case number, all 31 cases of IE patients compared with before treatment, the total effective rate was 45.16%. The total effective rate of the single using Chaibei Zhixian decoction group was 50%. The total effective rate of combined medication group was 42.86%. Analysis according to seizure types (46 cases), the total effective rate of the single treatment group and combined medication treatment group were 58.33% and 41.18%; the total effective rate of seizure types: the effective rate of topiramate in simple partial seizure were 50% and 30% respectively, complex partial seizure were 40% and 50% respectively; secondary generalized seizure were 75% and 50% respectively, and generalized seizure were 100% and 25% respectively. The curative effect different of various types of epileptic seizures had no significance. Adverse reactions was mild to moderate, well tolerated. [Conclusion] Chaibei Zhixian decoction in treating refractory epilepsy is a safe and effective method.关键词
