摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To explore the correlating factors influencing the prognosis of sudden deafness. [Methods] Data form 140 patients (142 ears) admitted in 2007 to 2010 were systematic reviewed. Relationship between prognosis of sudden deafness and age, time before therapy, residual acoustic sensibility, coexisting dizziness and bombus was analyzed. [Results] The more elder, the therapeutic effect was less; the more earlier the patients were diagnosed, and the therapeutic effect was better; the more serious of hearing losing, the therapeutic effect was less; coexisting dizziness accompanied poor effect; coexisting bombus showed no significant influence. [Conclusion] Understanding the factors influencing the therapeutic effect of sudden deafness can provide the basis for the therapy and prognosis.关键词
