氨甲喋呤联合妇科千金胶囊治疗异位妊娠80例临床观察
Clinical observation on treatment of ectopic pregnancy by methotrexate combined with Fuke Qianjin capsule in 80 patients

Abstract
[Objective] To study the effect of methotrexate (MTX) combined with Fuke Qianjin capsule (FKQJ) in treating ectopic pregnancy. [Methods] Eighty patients with ectopic pregnancy were divided into two groups. Fifty cases in treatment group (A group) were treated with MTX combined with FKQJ and another thirty cases in control group (B group) were treated with MTX. The recovery rate and the fallopian tube condition of two groups were compared. [Results] There was no obvious difference in the recovery rate between two groups (A group was 93.2% and B group was 89.7%). But there was a statistical significance in the time of lump disappearance after treatment between two groups (P<0.05). There was statistical significance of the fallopian tube normalizing rate between two groups also (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Treating ectopic pregnancy by MTX combined with FKQJ can shorten the time of the lump disappearance, improve the normal rate of the fallopian tube.关键词
