GINA方案与穴位贴敷治疗哮喘儿童的生活质量分析
Analysis of life quality in children with asthma after treatment of GINA scheme and external application of Chinese medicine on acupoint
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To explore the effect of CINA scheme combined with external application on acupoint on life quality in children with mild or moderate chronic persistent asthma. [Methods] The 98 children with chronic continuous asthma in mild or moderate degree were selected. They were randomly divided into the control group (42 cases) and the treatment group (56 cases). Taking GINA ladder scheme as the basic treatment in both groups and external application of Chinese medicine was added in the treatment group. A scheme of individual therapy was built and the effect was followed periodically. All children with asthma were enrolled in the asthma quality of life questionnaires (PAQLQ) trial before and 6 months after treatment for evaluating the life quality. [Results] The symptom, activity and emotion were all significantly improved in both groups when compared with that before treatment. After treatment the dimensionality of symptom was improved more than that of emotion, but dimensionalities of activity were not different between two groups. [Conclusion] Comparing with ladder treatment by inhalation of glucose cortex-hormone in mild dose according to GINA scheme as the basic therapy combining with external application of Chinese medicine on acupoint can improve the life quality and clinical symptom in children with mild or moderate chronic and continuous asthma.关键词
