摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect in treating vascular dementia by acupuncture combined with medicine. [Methods] Taking Cerebroprotein hydrolysate as the control substance and using random double-blind method the clinical study was performed. Using Activities of Daily Living (ADL scale) and MMSE scale (Mini-Mental State Exam) the evaluation was finished. It was carried out before and after treatment in two groups and statistically compared. [Results] After treatment the daily life ability, the activity ability and knowing ability were all improved in patients with vascular dementia in both group with significant difference (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Acupuncture combined with medicine can obviously enhance the ability of daily life and activity and total cognitive function of patients with vascular dementia and a better clinical curative effect was obtained.关键词
