土壤重金属X射线荧光光谱非标样测试方法研究
The research of non-standard test method in soil heavy metal by X-Ray fluorescence pectrometry

Abstract
This paper adopts the powder sample preparation, using X ray fluorescence non standard test method for simultaneous analysis of 15 kinds of heavy metals in soil. The powder sample preparation, It was determined about Ti, V Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, As, Cd, Sn, Sb, Pb, Hg by XRF in soil. Study on sample preparation method and element measurement conditions to test the accuracy factor. The results show that this method without the preparation of standard samples does not need to digesting for solid samples, rapid, simple, high efficiency, is a non-destructive analysis method , detection limit, precision and accuracy can meet the basic rapid screening requirements about toxic and harmful heavy metal in soil.关键词
