摘要

Abstract

The Poly (butylene succinate) (PBS) is a typical agricultural biodegradable materials which have been used for agricultur-al production. The microorganism which could degrade the PBS polymers was separated from Xi'an suburb by the filter paper meth-od, and one strain was successfully obtained which had the most obvious effect, in 30 days it could make the PBS polymer number average molecular weight reduced by 19.80%. Then the strain was identified by general morphological, bio-chemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence comparative analysis. The results showed that its physiological and biochemical characteristics was similar to Pseudomonas aeruginosa. And the 16S rDNA sequence of the strain had similarity of 99% with Pseudomonas aeruginosa 39016 contig 00492. In addition to general morphological and bio-chemical characteristics, the strain was identified as one of subspecies of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The isolation and identification of the strain has established for further biological study of PBS polymer degradation characteristics and mechanism.
