摘要

Abstract

Water channeling has become a serious problem in Chengdong oilfield after long time of water flooding, and ZDH profile control agent which is an inorganic particle crosslinked polymer gel has been developed for blocking deep channeling. Laboratory experiment on reservoir adaptability and blocking performance has been conducted to ensure field applicability of ZDH. The experiment result shows that ZDH is capable of blocking deep channeling under reservoir conditions of 60 -80? temperature and 5 000-11 000 mg/L salinity; it can increase the strength and thermal stability of the channeling blocking system with blocking strength = 5 MPa/m and indoor stable time over 180 days; it has stronger blocking ability for single core with bigger permeability difference, and has obvious effect of profile control and oil displacement for heterogeneous parallel cores without interlayer. Field test results show that ZDH injection can increase water injection pressure by 1.8 MPa, and increase corresponding oil well production by 475 t.
