On leaching-out toxicity of phosphorus sludge residue from yellow phosphorus enterprises

摘要

Abstract

Leaching-out experiments were carried out on phosphorus sludge residue with acetic acid buffer solution and HNO3/H2SO4 methods. The content of Pb,Cd,Cu,Zn,Cr,Ni and As was determined respectively by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry and visible spectrophotometry. Then the impact of different methods on the leaching was discussed. The results show that the content of Cu, Cd, Pb, Zn, Ni and As is higher in the residue, and Cr lower, phosphorus sludge residue has leaching toxicity in the leaching system of acetic acid buffer solution, and the extraction of acetic acid buffer solution is better than that of HNO3/H2SO4.
