Electronic Circuit Design of Fabricating Tip in the Scanning Tunueling Microscope
摘要
Abstract
In order to get the good quality and economical tip of scanning tunueling microscope, an electronic circuit design of fabricating tip with the electrochemistry corrosion is investigated. These electric circuits conclude the direct current electronic cir- cuit, alternating current electronic circuit and the electric circuits which skip from the direct current to alternating current by the comparator. The emulator experiments show that the comparator is inverted when the voltage is higher than preinstall voltage and the alternating current corrosion is realized. The circuit meets the targets and the need expected.关键词
