Abstract
Cloud computing of booming development brought the opportunity and the challenge to the small and medium library development. For the middle and small scale libraries faced with many difficulties should be obtained in the process of change. In reader service mode to adapt to the development needs of the cloud computing and fully consider the cloud computing with risk fac- tors, the libraries develop their own service strategy and procurement strategy and improve the ability of small and medium-sized li- brary knowledge service.关键词
