摘要
Abstract
This paper presents recently implemented a data migration project and gained certain insights on the successful application of GoldenGate in the migration. As a commercial software solution, GoldenGate ensures the efficiency of the implementation , process and the convenience of later maintenance. It took only a few days in migrating the data from the source database (Oracle 9i) to the target database (Oracle 11G), while the operation of the production system at the source remained intact. In consideration of the sensitivity of some technical information, the name of the project undertaker is concealed. This article aims to share the detailed information on GoldenGate solution, experience and lessons with other industry professionals.关键词
