Abstract
In order to solve the defects of the Internet,a novel suite of infrastructures have been designed by the Global Environment for Network Innovations（GENI）. In this paper, the overall design of the GENI system is presented first, then the GENI architecture and network topology are analyzed. At the same time the key technologies,OpenFlow,Virtualization,programmability and network man- agement,used by GENI are discussed next. At last the future development of GENI is discussed.关键词
