急性白血病患者骨髓单个核细胞自噬作用的超微结构观察
Ultramicrostructure of autophagic vacuole of bone marrow mononuclear cells in patients with acute leukemia

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the ultramicrostructure of autophagic vacuole in bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMNC) isolated from patients with acute leukemia (AL). Methods; The existence of autophagic vacuole in 27 patients with de novo AL, 8 with refractoriness or relapse AL, 19 with complete remission (CR) AL and 31 normal controls were detected by transmission electron microscope. Results; The positive rates of autophagic vacuole in de novo AL, refractoriness/relapse AL, CR AL and normal control groups were 88. 9% , 87. 5% , 31. 6% and 3. 2% respectively. There were significant differences in positive rates of autophagic vacuole among de novo, refractoriness/relapse and normal control groups (x2 = 16.333, P <0.01; x2 =4.500, P <0.05 ). The comparison between complete remission and normal control groups showed no statistically significant difference (x2 = 2. 579,P >0.05). Conclusion; Autophagy relates with the stages of AL, and may play an important role in promoting survival of leukemia cells. Inhibiting the autophagy may be a way to treat acute leukemia.关键词
