摘要

Abstract

In order to study the control strategy of coordinated control system in ultra-supercritical unit, the dynamic characteristics and the impact factors of the boiler-turbine coordinated control system is analyzed firstly. Then according to the compensation theory and fuzzy control thought, a fuzzy PID control algorithm based on similar-feed-forward compensation is presented for the strong coupling multivari-able coordinated control system. And from the model of a 1 000MW boiler-turbine coordinated control system, this control algorithm is applied to MATLAB simulation using this linear model. The simulating result shows that the similar-feed-forward compensation has good decoupling effect. Compared with the conventional PID controller, fuzzy PID has better control performance, smaller overshoot and shorter regulating time.
