Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology, many enterprises are facing the informatization construction. The human resources is the core of an enterprise, whose rational informatization construction is crucial to the development of enterprises. A human resources information management system based on Delphi and Aaccess was put forward and designed in this situation. With Delphi 7, 0 and Access 2000 as development tools, the self-designed information management system of human resources is an easy development, low cost and high-efficient operation system. Especially, it is more suitable for the informatization construction of human resources in small and medium-sized enterprises.关键词
