基于SIFT算法的PCB板基准点匹配

Abstract
In the SMT industry, when electronic components are placed by SMT machine automatically on PCB boards and the PCB boards are clamped to the fixture by man, the coordinate of the PCB board may produce a certain offset and rotation error, which may affect the placement accuracy of the components due to fixture accuracy and man-made factors. The general solution to eliminate the errors is feature extraction of the reference point, but it has a great limitation. The Mark matching method base on SIFT algorithm is proposed. This method changes the image characteristics into scale space features and can do matching correction for only one Mark point. It can eliminat translational errors and rotation errors on the circuit board plane. The experiments prove its accuracy can meet the accuracy requirements of sub-pixel which is less than 0.6 pixel.关键词
