摘要

Abstract

An intelligent LRC (inductance, resistance, capacitance) measurement system based on FPGA digital signal processing and MSP430 microprocessor control was designed. The system uses less analog components and can achieve the automatic identification of resistance, inductance and capacitance components. Its functions of automatic switching gear and testing frequency can ensure the measurement accuracy. It also has a good display interfacef wide measuring range and small volume.
