摘要

Abstract

Based on the Simion software,the ion transporting in FAIMS are described by analysis and numerical simulation.The parameters for focusing effect of the FAIMS was studied under different conditions.With the theory studies,the asymmetric waveform power supply was developed,and a FAIMS experiment system was built.And then primary experiments for detection acetone and ethanol were performed.The simulation and experiment result showed that the simulation model can be used to study the ion motion in the the cylindrical FAIMS.And with a proper condition,the FAIMS system can separate and detect different samples.
