Abstract
According to the Class C steady-state solar simulator requirement of IEC(International Electrotechnical Commission) standard on hot spot test of PV modules and light soaking test of thin film PV modules,this paper presents a large-area steady-state dual light source solar simulator by combining long-arc steady-state xenon lamps with metal halide lamps.Firstly,we analyzed and calculated the conditions of Class-C spectral match by actual test of the two kinds of lamps;secondly,we created initial model in Tracepro and optimized irradiation uniformity by macro programming;then,we proposed a half-open-loop control system for the different characteristics of the two lamps.For the irradiance intensity adjusting from 600 to 1000W/m^2,we achieved: Class C spectral match,Class B non-uniformity of irradiance(±5%) and Class A irradiance instability(±2%)on the effective irradiance area of 1.2m×2m respectly.关键词
