摘要

Abstract

According to the problem that it is not easy to operate the detection method of toughened glass curvature degree feeler and the detection results are affected by human factors,small length detection system based on the Photoelectric sensor technology was designed for the testing of toughened glass curvature.The measurement system applied AVR ATtiny48 as the core processor,the ADNS5090 as range-finding sensors.Tiny length moving of objects was tested by detecting moving length measured objects move,and it has good human-machine interface.The multi-point test method was adapted to determine the maximum curvature of toughened glass.The system has high precision for the aspect of testing data,and is easy for inspection personnel to operate and record the data.The system composition of software and hardware,basic principle of photoelectric ranging and testing data of system are illustrated in the paper.
