Opening to the Public Use and Building up of Distinctive University Test Platform
摘要
Abstract
The public sharing of large-scale scientific instruments and equipment is an effective way of improving their efficiency and the management level of the testing center of the university.The construction of the instrument test platform not only improves equipment utilization and efficiency but also contributes to the rapid growth of experimental and technical personnel.By the authorization of measuring qualification,the university testing center enhances the management and the testing capabilities.Through the opening to the public use,it gradually builds its own distinctive testing platform,on the one hand,which helps the teaching and research by providing the timely,accurate,high-level testing services,on the other hand,it gives off-campus services to the pubic which can make full use of university resources and equipment and gain access to a reliable analysis of test data for the local economic development.In this way,it gradually forms its own brand,obtains the social praise for the university and helps its sustainable development.关键词
