摘要
Abstract
Rural grass roots CPC organization is the organizational foundation of all the work. It s the core of leadership of the rural work, and it plays a very important role in the construction of new socialist countryside. In recent years, Three Threes Mode is implemented in Xiangyang City, and innovative CPC construction is launched from the perspective of grassroots governance, the implementation of innovative building of party organizations of the Communist Party of China, greatly enhancing the vitality and cohesion of the rural grass roots organizations, administrative efficiency significantly improved. Meanwhile, Three Threes Mode are important in avoiding an excessive concentration of power, insufficient democracy, strengthening institutional construction.关键词
