摘要
Abstract
On the basis of the survey and study conducted in the coutryside area from 3,096 rural families spread among 21 provinces, this article makes a statistical analysis of farmers＇ attitudes and responses to National ＂Twelfth Five -Year＂ Plan. According to the statistical data, many problems have been discovered such as few propaganda means for the national plan and appeal access, superficial understanding of the policy and little participation rate in spite of the high expectation and appraise. As a result, some suggestions are proposed tentativelv in order to implement these policies better.关键词
