Abstract
In the process of language development, it is the common phenomenon that new words and new mean ings generate by the lexicalization. The article has studied the lexicalization of the polysemy ＂Wu suowei＂. As ＂Wu＂ and ＂Suowei＂ are used together for a long time, they are combined into a word in modem age. It has a strong ability to the independence and predicate expression ability. It can act as a sentence alone, but also act as the predicate, attribute or adverbial in a sentence. Semantically, the subjective attitude has been strengthened, and the semantic point is different according to the ingredients acted as in the sentence. As for the pragmatic val ue, the lexicalization of ＂Wu suowei＂ has the accordance with the principle of economy, and it is often located in the end of the sentence as an information center that can fully express the speaker~ attitude.关键词
