Abstract
To some extent, talent training model determines the quality of talent training. The reform for talent training aims at a comprehensive transformation which involves some new education ideas, optimization of train ing model and curriculum structural, improvement of classroom teaching methods, innovation of teaching man agement system, enhancement of teachers＇ quality, and strengthen of cooperation with enterprises.关键词
