Autotoxic Effect of Aqueous Extract from Cotton on Seed Germination and Growth
[目的]分析棉花植株提取液对自身种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.[方法]以种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数为种子萌发参数,以茎粗、子叶节高度和根、茎叶的湿重作为幼苗参数,分析棉花根系、茎叶不同浓度提取液对自身种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.[结果]棉花水浸提取液对棉花种子发芽有“低促高抑”的影响,对茎、根和叶的生物质合成量有着不同程度显著或极显著的影响,整体表现为抑制幼苗生长.[结论]高浓度棉花水浸提取液对棉花种子发芽、幼苗生长有抑制作用,自毒作用在多年棉花连作…查看全部>>
[Objective] The water extracts of cotton plants were tested for inhibitory activity of seed germination and seedling growth.
