摘要

Abstract

[Objective ] The research aimed to study the radiation effects of 60Co -γ irradiation treatment on Korla Fragrant Pear. [Method]This test adopted different dose groups to irradiate one -year -old dormant branches and chasteness branches, and further observed and measured the phenotypic expression. [Result] The results showed that radiation delayed the embryonic stage and leaf expansion stage; a range of low doses could increase the survival rate of grafted branches, while high doses led to higher death rate; radiation also gave rise to various variations, and leaves mainly tended to take on incised ones, wave leaf margin and linear leaves, while new shoots were inclined to be crossed branches, platyclade and stanza short branches; radiation had irregular influence on the growth of shoots and leaves. [ Conclusion] To some extent, radiation caused mutagenic effects on annual branches of Korla Fragrant Pears.
