摘要

Abstract

[Objective ] The paper studied establishing regeneration system by inducing bulblet of OT oriental lily varieties of Concad and Robina. It is basis for the further development of virus - free fast propagation system. [ Method] The induction of difficulty of die degree and speed with different parts of the explants were compared, and optimum level of induction hormones, propagation hormones and proliferation rooting hormone were selected so as to establish propagation system of Concad and Robina. [ Result ] The result showed that the best material was bulblet tip with bulblet of OT oriental lily Concad and Robina. Because Concad and Robina themselves contain different endogenous hormones, BA of the best concentration in proliferation medium was controlled within 1. 0 -0. 5 mg/L. For rooting hormones, Robina was NAA0. 5 mg/L, Concad's NAA0. 3 mg/L, the rooting rate were all 100%. Tube seedlings transplant was conducted better with the hill soil, and the survival rate could reach as high as 93% . [ Conclusion ] The best material was bulblet tip with bulblet of OT oriental lily Concad and Robina. The Robinas proliferation culture medium was MS + BAO. 5 mg/L + NAAO. 5 mg/L, Concad's was MS + BAO. 5 mg/L + NAAO. 1 mg/L. Robina's rooting hormone was NAAO. 5 mg/L, Concads was NAAO. 3 mg/L. The best soil was mountain soil for transplanting plantlets.
