摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the curative effects between different treatment methods on chronic cervicitis. Methods 400 patients with chronic cervicitis receiving treatment in the gynecologic department from June 2008 to December 2011 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into microwave coagulation therapy group( group A )and LEEP operation group( group B ). Comparison was made in perioperative blood loss,operative time,effective rate, and postoperative complications between the two groups. Results The operative time and perioperative blood loss in group A was significant less than those in group B, and there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups. But the cure rate of chronic moderate and severe cervicitis in group B was higher than that in group A. The incidence of postoperative complications in group A were significantly lower than that in group B. Conclusion It is suggested that patients with chronic mild cervicitis should firstly choose the therapy of microwave coagulation and ones with chronic moderate or severe cervicitis should firstly choose LEEP operation.关键词
