Based on the simple straight strand, this paper studied the mechanical characteristics of strand in two boundary conditions, including freedom and restrain end face, through theoretical analysis and simulation method of finite element. The analysis results show that, in the case of certain load, the strain and touched stress of strand are larger and easier to become invalid when the end face restrain is turning. This method provides basis for analysis of mechanical characteristics for general twisting structure.关键词
