摘要

Abstract

With the rising incidence of Alzheimer's disease and mild cognitive impairment, but there is no effective way to prevention or treatment. Morphometry can get the quantitative information of the whole brain structure comprehensively and objectively. Morphology methods which help to Disease-diagnosis and Conversion-prediction in the Patients with MCI and mild AD have got wide attentions. Morphometry main includes Voxel-Based Morphometry (VBM), Deformation-Based Morphometry (DBM) and Tenor-Based Morphometry (TBM). With the development of imaging technology, the morphometry technologies, especially the VBM, made some progress in MCI and AD diagnosis and transformation forecast, but there are many of issues should be further study to resolve them.
