Abstract
Objective Discussion transvaginal ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy wash method involved the effect of ovarian cysts. Methods We used wash method and conventional method to tread the ovarian cysts, and the efficacy of the two methods was compared. In this study, 66 cases were sclerosis of ovarian cysts, 17 endometriosis, 49 simple cysts, are unilateral, patients were followed up 3 months to 18 months. Results Two methods of treatment were significantly different. The wash treatment group of 36 patients, the cure rate was 94.44% (34/36), was 2.78% efficiency (1/36), the inefficiency of 2.78% (1/36). Conventional treatment group of 30 cases, the cure rate 70.00% (21/30), was 16.67% efficiency (5/30), the inefficiency of 13.33% (4/30). Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy wash method intervention significantly improved the cure rate of ovarian cysts. The method is simple, safe, effective, affordable, and worthy of clinical application.关键词
