摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the high-risk factors related to pulmonary infection in elder patients with hip fracture. Methods From January 2002 to December 2011, 715 elder patients with hip fractures in the hospital were reviewed. Selection possible potential risk factors related to peri-operative pulmonary infection as variables, including gender, age, time interval from injury to admission, pulmonary disease, fracture type, surgical methods, operation time, anesthesia type etc. And pulmonary infection as the dependent variable, single factor analysis of variances. Then multivariate Logistic regression a-nalysis was used to analyze these single factors. Results There are 126 cases with pulmonary infection and 589 cases without pulmonary infection in 715 patients. The patients age, time interval from injury to admission, previous existed respiratory diseases , and the number of complications, surgical methods and anesthesia type were risk-factor of peri-operative pulmonary in-fection( P <0. 05 ). The patients age, time interval from injury to admission, previous existed respiratory diseases and surgical method were the independent risk factors( P <0.05 ). Conclusion The patients age, time interval from injury to admission, previous existed respiratory diseases and surgical methods were the high-risk factors for peri-operative pulmonary infection. Actively hospitalization is recommend for elder patients with hip fracture, which can improve peri-operative treatment, preventing the occurrence of lung infections.关键词
