低温等离子消融联合利鼻脱敏汤治疗持续性变应性鼻炎疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of Libituomin soup ( LBTMS ) on perennial allergic rhinitis ( PAR ) as a post-operative combined therapy during treatment with low temperature plasma ablation ( LTPA ). Methods The enrolled patients ( n = 223 ) were divided into two groups, treatment group ( n = 125 ) received LTPA and intake of LBTMS for 14 days and the control group ( n = 98 ) of patient received LTPA alone. The clinical symptom ( VAS score ) and quality of life evaluation ( RQLQ score ) were earned out after two years. Results Both groups of patients showed clinical relief and improvement of quality of life after these treatments. VAS score from 30. 53 ±2. 27 to 16. 50 ±5. 02 in control group, from 31. 43 ±2. 42 to 13. 34 ±6. 17 in treatment group ( P < 0. 05 ); RQLQ score from 61. 00 ± 20. 52 to 29. 05 ± 8. 64 in control group, from 60. 67 ± 22. 30 to 26. 08 ± 9. 72 in treatment group ( P < 0. 05 ). LTPA and LBTMS group had superior therapeutic effect over LTPA alone group with statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Combination of LTPA and LBTMS on the treatment of PAR shows better effect over surgical procedure alone.关键词
