Abstract
Taking polyester diol and TDI as raw materials, waterborne polyurethane-based crease-resistant finishing agent was synthesized. The optimal synthesis condition was: the R value ln(—NCO)=n(—OH)1 was 2.0, the prepolymerization temperature and chain extending temperature were 65 ℃ and 70 ℃, respectively, the prepolymerization time and chain extending time were 120 min and 60 min. The content of DMPA was 4.5% (on the mass of prepolymer). Then the reaction liquid was cooled down to 40 ℃, and the triethyl-amine (the neutralization degree was 110%) was added. The system was vigorously stirred for 30 min. Then a certain amount of water was added, and the system was emulsified for 30 min.关键词
